About Freedom Cups
Freedom Cups gets reusable menstrual cups to women. We work on a buy-1, give-1 model where every cup purchased allows us to give a cup to a woman in an underprivileged community.
This allows for a win-win situation where women who can afford it decrease their use of non-biodegradable sanitary products, and women in developing communities gain access to sanitation during their monthly bleeds.
PRODUCTS:
1. Freedom Cup Mini
The Freedom Cup comes in two sizes.
We generally recommend the Mini for women who are first timers with menstrual cups. Our Minis are smaller and more malleable than the international average and make for a great starter cup.
The Mini measures 4cm in diameter across the rim, and about 6cm from tip to rim. The Mini holds about 25ml when full.
2. Freedom Cup Grande
The Grande we introduced for women comfortable with menstrual cups, find that their flows are heavy, and would like to change their cups our less often.
The Grande measures 4.5cm in diameter across the rim, and about 7cm from tip to rim. The Grande holds about 35ml.
3. Freedom Cup Duo Pack (Mini + Grande)
The Freedom Cup comes in two sizes. This pack includes both sizes.
The mini measures 4cm in diameter across the rim, and about 6cm from tip to rim. The mini holds about 25ml when full.
The grande measures 4.5cm in diameter across the rim, and about 7cm from tip to rim. The mini holds about 35ml.

Can I collect my items instead of getting it shipped?
Yes, you are able to collect your items from our shop during regular operating hours. Make sure to opt for self-collection during check out.
Location: #05-126 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213.
Operating Hours: 12pm - 8pm Everyday except Public Holidays.
DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
After your order has been fulfilled, we will send the tracking details of your parcel to your email that you have registered with. You are able to track your items here: https://bit.ly/39B8wRH or send us an email at hello@thecurvecult.com with your order details.
Do you allow reservation of items?
Unfortunately, we don't have a reservation option as of the moment.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, click here for our available gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees for gift cards.

You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased from us in accordance with the terms below: All items including sale items, clearance sale items included can be returned or exchanged within 60 days upon receiving your order.

Our Return Policy (Singapore Only*)
If the item does not fit you the way you like, you can choose to get a return. We will refund the amount to you via a gift card with a 90 day validity.

EXCHANGE
The item can be exchanged for a different size or color with the same price and should be subject to availability.
Please note the following requirements to our exchange policy:
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we received your refund/exchange request, we will contact you within 3-5 working days.
