Come join us for an introduction session to reformer pilates, specially curated for plus size beginners.Â
We put the “Form” in reformer - Pilates emphasizes moving from the inside out. It combines breath, body, and purpose in one modality. The Reformer allows you to get a wonderful workout lying down, taking away any pressure from being upright so you focus on your alignment and joint health, sliding on a carriage using springs to give you varying resistance. Come and learn to merge breath body and mind in this movement method that helps you get strong, full-bodied support by deepening your awareness of daily movements.

Grip socks are to be worn. Do note that we have grip socks for sale or rent. If you prefer to use your own, please come prepared with them.
