How long does delivery take?

It takes 1-2 days to prepare your orders to be shipped out!

For local orders: When shipped out, it takes about 3-5 working days to be delivered.


For international orders: When shipped out, it takes about 10-14 working days to be delivered.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been fulfilled, we will send the tracking details of your parcel to your email that you have registered with. You are able to track your items through the link that is provided in the email.

Can I collect my items instead of getting it shipped?

Yes you are able to collect your items from our shop during regular operating hours! Make sure to opt for self-collection during check out. 

Allow us 1-2 days to process your orders. Don't worry we will notify you when it is ready.

Operating Hours: 12pm - 9pm. Everyday except Public Holidays.

Can I return or exchange the items I’ve ordered?

For local orders, we do not do returns however you are able to exchange your items for another item in store within 7 days of you receiving your orders on the condition that they are unworn and unwashed. 

For international orders, there is no exchanges or returns.

 

Online Exclusive Clearance Sales Orders 

Strictly no exchanges, returns or refunds. As these items are shipped out from our warehouse do allow 3-5 days to process your orders.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?


We’re so sorry that you have received a faulty item! Please email us on thecurvecult@gmail.com or drop us a WhatsApp at +6592389157 with a photo of your item along with your order number! We will settle the issue as soon as we can!
