Can I return/exchange the item?

  • Yes, All items including sale items, clearance sale items included can be returned or exchanged within 60 days upon receiving your order.

DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

  • local orders take 3-5 business days upon sending them out.
  • International orders takes about 10-14 working days and may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

  • After your order has been fulfilled, we will send the tracking details of your parcel to your email that you have registered with. You are able to track your items here: https://bit.ly/39B8wRH or send us an email at hello@thecurvecult.com with your order details.

Can I collect my items instead of getting it shipped?

  • Yes, you are able to collect your items from our shop during regular operating hours. Make sure to opt for self-collection during check out.

Operating Hours: 12pm - 8pm Wednesday to Sunday except Public Holidays.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, click here for our available gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees for gift cards.

Do you allow reservation of items?

Unfortunately, we don't have a reservation option as of the moment.

How do your sizes run and how do I know what my size is?

Sizes may vary depending on the outfit. Please contact us at hello@thecurvecult.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements for the best fit suggestions. For guide on how to do the measurement please click here.

I am at the checkout page and there is no option to pick up?

The items from the older collection or clearance section are usually not in store and therefore if you would like to pick it up from the store, please leave a note before you checkout. We will contact you as soon as the item is delivered to the store. This usually takes 3-5 business days.
