Exchange & Refund Policy

You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased from us in accordance with the terms below: All items including sale items, clearance sale items included can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receiving your order.
Our Return Policy (Singapore Only*)
If the item does not fit you the way you like, you can choose to get a return. We will refund the amount to you via a gift card with a 90 day validity.

The item can be exchanged for a different size or color with the same price and should be subject to availability.
Please note the following requirements to our exchange policy:
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your refund/exchange request, we will contact you within 3-5 working days.
- Returns(to gift cards) and exchanges (subject to availability) will be allowed as long as items have not been worn/washed.
- In the event that the item is out of stock at the end of the manufacturer, a full refund will be done.
- If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will alert customers.
ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED:
We don't have exchange option for the following items:
Upon receiving your request, we will advise you to drop by to our store and return the the items. You also have the option to send them through any courier (to be arranged on your own). If the item is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, we will approve your request and send you a Gift Card valued at same amount as refund
If the item is available on our store, we will contact you and provide the following options:
1) Drop by to our store located at #05-126 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213 during business hours (12pm to 8pm) , or
2) Use our courier service with a fee of $8.
If you choose to exchange through our courier service, we will send out the new item along with a polymailer once the payment is confirmed. Fill out your name into the polymailer and you can drop it off at any ninja point close to your address.

In the event that the item you purchased is not in stock or the item you received is damaged, we will we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
