Part Time Retail AssociatesĀ
You will be stationed at our store in Far East Plaza where you will be ensuring the smooth operations of our retail store. You will be the point of contact for customers on fit, styles of clothing, material. Our brand prides itself in being a safe space and being body positive, we aim for our customers to feel happy and confident in their clothing with your assistance. Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable in our products, new collection, events and this information should be relayed to our customers in their interaction with them
- Assisting with providing the most suitable size by listening to the customers, picking out what they need and providing the correct fit and size and style.
- Be able to promote new items, cross sell or upsell our new launches too
- Be able to provide a smooth shopping experience and also have the sales floor ready with all the merchandise in sizes and colour
- Keeping the sales floor clean and presentable at all times by maintaining cleanliness
- Maintaining the stock room and advising us on stock levels of stationary, bags, shipping products
- Assisting in receiving new stock delivery/ helping with inventory, packing and delivery packages.
- Responsible for replenishing stocks on the sales floor, and in the stock room and do stock count and stock take as well
- To check for any defects both for incoming and existing stocks
- To be on cashier duties for closing of sale, to manage the incoming payment via our POS system or website/ or handle any gift card/vouchers
- Assist customers in any exchanges/returns request in store
- Be able to forge a connection with new customers that allows them to feel comfortable and feel trust in our brand and to maintain the rapport with our existing customer base which will be trained and guided.
- To be responsible for all housekeeping duties in maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales floor, changing rooms and stock rooms while adhering to our SOP
- Will work closely with us in achieving sales target
