If you bought an outfit from us previously and would like to alter it, you’re in the right place. With our custom alteration service, you can now ensure that each outfit you purchase from us fits you exactly the way you would like it to. 

All you need to do is 

  1. Choose the type of alteration(s) you require and 
  2. Give us the name of the outfit you would like to alter.

 If you do not know the name of the outfit, you can just describe it. (Ie flare sleeves, wrap dress, green, above the knee)

      3. Tell us how much you would like to alter (ie make sleeves 2inch shorter) or give us your desired length in cm/inch

Please note: Items must have The Curve Cult label to be eligible for custom alteration.

General FAQs

Can I collect my items instead of getting it shipped?
Yes, you are able to collect your items from our shop during regular operating hours. Make sure to opt for self-collection during check out. 

Location: #05-126 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213.
Operating Hours: 12pm - 8pm Everyday except Public Holidays.

DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
After your order has been fulfilled, we will send the tracking details of your parcel to your email that you have registered with. You are able to track your items here: https://bit.ly/39B8wRH or send us an email at hello@thecurvecult.com with your order details.

Do you allow reservation of items?
Unfortunately, we don't have a reservation option as of the moment.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, click here for our available gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees for gift cards.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased from us in accordance with the terms below: All items including sale items, clearance sale items included can be returned or exchanged within 60 days upon receiving your order.

Our Return Policy (Singapore Only*)

If the item does not fit you the way you like, you can choose to get a return. We will refund the amount to you via a gift card with a 90 day validity.

EXCHANGE

The item can be exchanged for a different size or color with the same price and should be subject to availability. 

Please note the following requirements to our exchange policy:

- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

- Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we received your refund/exchange request, we will contact you within 3-5 working days.
