How It Works

Phase 1: Strategic Preparation

Before your trip, we finalise your Style Blueprint.

We define:

• Wardrobe gaps
• Investment priorities
• Target categories
• Budget alignment
• Fit standards

Phase 2: Pre Trip Curation

Prior to your arrival, I:

• Research and shortlist Melbourne based brands
• Pre select pieces aligned with your blueprint
• Check size availability
• Structure your two day shopping schedule

Phase 3: In Store Sourcing & Purchase Day

One full dedicated day of curated in store shopping.

We:

• Try on styles in-store
• Refine silhouettes and proportions
• Secure correct sizes immediately
• Purchase selected pieces using your card

Rest & Refinement Window

You take 1 to 2 days to rest and enjoy Melbourne.

During this time, I:

• Finalise online sourcing
• Receive additional orders
• Organise all pieces
• Prepare your structured fitting session

Phase 4: Private Fitting & Final Selection

A second dedicated session reviewing all sourced and purchased pieces.

We:

• Try everything on in one controlled setting
• Confirm final selections
• Identify returns
• Begin outfit integration
• Add a 1 hour tailoring trip here if needed

Phase 5: Post Visit Management

After your departure, I manage:

• Returns and exchanges
• Size swaps
• Update all your tailoring notes 

Lookbook & Integration

You receive a fully integrated digital lookbook featuring 30 plus complete outfits combining your existing and new pieces. Your Melbourne purchases are seamlessly integrated into your wardrobe system.
