Before our session, you’ll fill out a short form so I can get a sense of your current wardrobe challenges, your body journey, and what kind of support you’re looking for.

On our Zoom call, we’ll get straight into it. We’ll talk through where you’re stuck, what’s been frustrating you about your style, and what you want to feel when you get dressed. I’ll guide you toward realistic, affirming changes you can start making immediately.
